Job Summary:

The Head of Accreditations and Rankings is responsible for leading and managing the institution’s accreditation processes and global rankings strategies. This role involves ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, optimizing institutional performance in rankings, and coordinating data collection and reporting across departments. The position requires cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision-making, and effective stakeholder communication to enhance the institution’s reputation and academic quality.

Qualifications:

• Education : Master’s degree in education administration, business, or related field (PhD preferred).
• Experience : 5+ years in accreditation, rankings, or higher education administration
• Skills : Strong project management, data analysis, and communication skills.
• Knowledge : Familiarity with accreditation bodies (e.g., AACSB) and ranking metrics (e.g., QS, THE).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accreditation Management:

• Lead institutional and program-specific accreditation processes (e.g., AACSB, EQUIS).
• Prepare and submit accreditation reports, self-assessments, and required documentation.
• Coordinate internal audits and manage accreditation review visits.
• Ensure continuous compliance with accreditation standards, implementing corrective actions where needed.

2. Rankings Strategy and Improvement:

• Analyze global ranking methodologies (e.g., QS, Times Higher Education) to identify areas for improvement.
• Collect and manage data for ranking submissions, collaborating with academic and administrative departments.
• Develop strategies to improve ranking performance, including faculty-to-student ratios, research output, and employer reputation.

3. Data Collection and Reporting:

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for accreditation and ranking performance.
• Ensure accurate and timely data collection for ranking submissions and accreditation reviews.
• Prepare regular reports and insights for senior leadership, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.

4. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:

• Lead initiatives to improve academic programs, student services, and institutional performance.
• Conduct compliance audits and recommend adjustments to maintain alignment with accreditation standards and ranking metrics.
• Train staff on accreditation and ranking requirements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

5. Stakeholder and Project Management:

• Serve as the liaison with accreditation agencies and ranking organizations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet accreditation and ranking goals, managing timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to enhance the institution’s academic reputation.
