About the Center

The Career Development Center provides counseling and coaching through various means. The Center organizes:

  • classes about employability skills where resume writing, cover letter writing, interviews, e-portfolio, business etiquette, soft skills, etc. will be presented and practiced by students.  These classes are elective classes for students to choose from.  The course codes are INT 301, 401, 501 and 601;
  • job seminars where major companies will do presentations and provide information about their internship programs as well as their graduate recruitment programs;
  • internship preparation and application seminars. These are incorporated into the employability skills courses.

When needed, the Center will provide mock interviews prior to students’ job interview as well as personal coaching.

The Center can provide some advice about offer letters and employment contracts for students planning to work in Korea.
