This message contains important information to prepare you for your journey from your city to your new home at SolBridge in Daejeon, Republic of Korea.

Please review the information we have prepared for you carefully – each category has some useful information for making your journey smoother and stress free. Team-Building Orientation/Immersion Program for all new students will begin on August 20, 2012 and will end on the 24th. Classes will begin on August 27. We recommend you arrange your flight to Incheon International Airport to arrive between 15 and 19 of August when we will provide an airport pickup service. Attendance is required for the Team-Building Orientation/Immersion Program.

There are three important features that require your attention to help us provide the service you deserve. Please check each one and complete the task (Hover over to see instruction).

Step One: Flight Details. Please provide us with your expected arrival time and date and other details so we can meet you at the airport and get you to our campus. (If your details change, please inform us of the changes).

Step Two: Accommodation Request. Please indicate your personal preferences for roommates and whether you require anything special in terms of food restrictions. This will help us assign roommates that are compatible.

Step Three: Getting to Daejeon. While we plan to meet you at the Incheon International Airport from 18 to 22 of February, if you are not able to arrive during this period, you will have to find your way by yourself. You should read and print the instructions for Getting to Daejeon, just in case you come alone. These instructions are clearly written and easy to follow.
