Global Leadership University (GLU), Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and SolBridge International School of Business, Woosong University recently signed a Cooperation Agreement for 2+2 Joint-Degree Program that will provide opportunities for dedicated Mongolian students to study 2 years at GLU and 2 years at SolBridge and receive a SolBridge degree upon their graduation.
Binus University (Binas Nusantara University) and SolBridge International School of Business, Woosong University have established a Memorandum of Understanding to include numerous areas of academic cooperation.
Dr. John Endicott, the SolBridge Vice-Chancellor and President of Woosong University, has been informed recently by Finnish and American sources that he has been nominated for the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize. This nomination is his second (2005) and is in recognition of his work and those involved in the process to realize a Limited Nuclear Weapons Free Zone in Northeast Asia (LNWFZ-NEA).
