The beginning of the SolBridge Spring semester is approaching quickly. To help prepare you for your journey from your present home to your new home at SolBridge in Korea, we have prepared this letter with important information. Please review the information we have prepared for you carefully – each category has some useful information for making your journey smoother and stress free.

Important dates

February 20th to the 24th - Airport Pickup: We will have an airport pick up service for five days at Incheon International Airport (see Step One: Flight Details).

February 25th to March 2nd - Team-Building Orientation/Immersion Program: For all new students there is an orientation to help you adjust to life at SolBridge and in Korea. Attendance is required for the orientation since credit towards your graduation is given successful completion of the program.

March 4th - Classes begin: And so begins your new life as SolBridge students.

There are three important features that require your attention to help us provide the service you deserve. Please check each one and complete the task (Hover over to see instruction).

Three Important Steps

Step One: Flight Details. Please provide us with your expected arrival time and date and other details so we can meet you at the airport and get you to our campus. (If your details change, please inform us of the changes).

Step Two: Accommodation Request. Please indicate your personal preferences for roommates and whether you require anything special in terms of food restrictions. This will help us assign roommates that are compatible.

Step Three: Getting to Daejeon. While we plan to meet you at the Incheon International Airport from 20th to 24 of February, if you are not able to arrive during this period, you will have to find your way by yourself. You should read and print the instructions for Getting to Daejeon, just in case you come alone. These instructions are clearly written and easy to follow.
