Global Supply Chain Management

Description :The course will focus on operations management in basic supply chains, such as manufacturer-retailer, and supplier-manufacturer systems in an international environment. The course objectives are to learn recent best practices in global supply chain management, and to develop skills in solving specific types of logistics and supply chain problems.
