The Sustainability Center at the Asia Institute treats issues for business in promoting environmental and social sustainability through the introduction of new technologies and best practices. Programs include the 3E Forum (Environment, Energy and Economy) which is run in cooperation with the University of Tsukuba in Japan and includes Korean, Japanese and Chinese technology research institutes and venture companies, The Daejeon Green Growth Forum (chaired by KAIST Vice President Yang Ji-won) which promotes sustainable technologies in the research cluster Daedeok Innopolis, and the Asia Ecocity Coalition.
