The Asia Management Program conducts research and holds training programs and seminars on the challenges and opportunities involved in doing business in Asian Countries. The Asia Management Center provides relevant information about doing business in nations throughout Asia, including short briefings for companies on specific regions and cities, sector analysis for investors, and international seminars on important topics in Asian management for businessmen. The Asia Management Program’s primary work is producing business cases for Asia business that can be used in future instruction and for the reference of businesses. Towards this goal, the Asia Management Center does extensive surveys of the business experiences of international firms working in Asia and follows them up with professional interviews and the publications of first-class case studies. Example: how did Samsung Electronics enter the Mongolian market and what problems did it encounter? What happened when Vietnam Petrol tried to raise funds in Korea?
