Professor Barber holds degrees in Aerospace Engineering (B.S., University of Colorado, 1986), Asian Studies (B.A., University of Colorado, 1991) and Law (J.D., University of Colorado, 1995). In the 1980's he worked as a professional researcher at the Space and Flight Systems Laboratory and a Programmer / Analyst doing classified work supporting the North American Air Defense Command Post (NORAD) located under Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado. After becoming a working attorney in the 1990s, Professor Barber worked internationally and in the US, including a stint at a leading Korean firm, WONJON International Intellectual Law Office, teaching for The Center for Legal Studies in Colorado, and founding his own law firm in 2000.

Dr. Butakov started his career at the Altai State Technical University in Barnaul, Russia. He has extensive teaching and research experience in applied IT. In 2001-2005 he participated in the development of Applied IS program at the Altai Academy of Economics and Law. In 2005-2007 he was one of the pioneering faculties at the American University of Nigeria. In 2000 Dr. Butakov was recognized by Altai State Technical University with Best Young Scientist award and in 2006 he got Excellence in Teaching award from American University of Nigeria. In 2001 - 2003 he was principal researcher on two projects supported by Russian Foundation for Basic Research and Russian Foundation for Humanitarian Research.

- Dr. Endicott received his Ph.D. in International Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, a program run jointly by Tufts University and Harvard in 1974. He also holds a B.A. in Political Science from The Ohio State University, a Masters in History from the University of Omaha, a Masters in International Affairs and a Masters of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School. His areas of specialization include all aspects of Japanese studies, Asian Security Studies, with special emphasis on the Korean Peninsula, American Defense Policy, and Professional Military Education. His published books include, Japan's Nuclear Option, The Politics of East Asia, American Defense Policy, and Regional Security Issues. A book on American Foreign Policy written by Endicott and two colleagues, U.S. Foreign Policy: History, Process, and Policy, was published in 2004.
- Dr. Endicott came to the Georgia Institute of Technology in July, 1989, after a 31-year career in government - 28 with the United States Air Force and three as a member of the Senior Executive Service of the Department of Defense. As an officer of the United States Air Force, he held various positions in the intelligence, education and policy arenas, including: Deputy Head of the Political Science Department at the United States Air Force Academy; Director, International Affairs for the Planning Directorate of Air Force Headquarters, the Pentagon; Deputy Air Force Representative to the Military Staff Committee of the Security Council, the United Nations; Associate Dean of the National War College; Director of the Research Directorate and NDU Press at the National Defense University; and Acting Director of the Institute for National Strategic Studies, NDU, Washington, D.C. Upon retiring as a Colonel in 1986, he was immediately elevated to SES-4 in the Senior Executive Service (Maj.Gen. /Lt. General Equivalent) and was appointed Director of the Institute forNational Strategic Studies, a policy-oriented research organization serving both the Secretary of Defense and the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff. His operational experience included assignments with SAC Headquarters during the Cuban Missile Crisis; service with the 522nd Fighter Squadron, VNAF with fifty combat missions; and Chief of Target Plans with 5th Air Force during the Pueblo Crisis.
Aside from his position as Professor of International Affairs at the Sam Nunn School at Georgia Tech, he currently co-chairs the Council for U.S.-Japan Security Relations and has served as the Chairman of the Interim Secretariat of the Limited Nuclear Weapons-Free Zone for Northeast Asia since 1996. He received the Mike Mansfield Award from the Japan-America Society of Georgia in 1996 and was designated as Outstanding Professor of the Year by ANAK, a Georgia Tech honor society, in 1997. Dr. Endicott serves on the Executive Board of the Japan-America Society of Georgia, and was elected to the post of Executive Vice Chairman for the Southeast Korea America Friendship Society in April 2000. Since joining the faculty, he has held two appointments from the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff to serve as a member of the PAJE Commission charged with reviewing the professional military educational system. In April 2004 he was elected as the President of the Korea-Southeast U.S. Chamber of Commerce and was appointed a visiting professor at Montesquieu University of Bordeaux IV. Both Dr. Endicott and the Limited Nuclear Weapons Free Zone for Northeast Asia program were nominated for the 2005 Nobel Peace Prize. The Marine Corps Coordinating Council of Greater Atlanta presented him the General Raymond G. Davis award in 2006 for lifetime service toward peace and stability in Northeast Asia. |

Prof. Huang has over 14 years teaching experience in the Undergraduate, MBA, EMBA and Ph.D. levels in a number of the leading universities in America, Taiwan, Vietnam and Thailand. He was elected to be the finance department chairman and worked as an advisor on finance, investment, merger and acquisition, real estate, and strategic planning and implementation to many companies and institutions both in private and public sectors, such as construction company, security firm, bank, TV, computer network, and city government. He also had work experience in investment analysis of TV talk shows and radio call in programs. Prof. Huang has published a number of books on financial derivatives, real estate investment, and real estate market and several finance papers in the leading international journals. Currently he is working on some research projects in the area of international investment, international financial management, derivatives, real estate, and financial micro structure.

Johnson has lived and worked in Asia for the past eleven years, in positions of marketing and recruiting for educational purposes, human resource management and education administration. Prior to his experience in education, Dr. Johnson has in-depth experience in environmental consulting and research, business development and direct-mail marketing where he has held administrative, technical and business management/development positions in private industry for twenty-six years. For most of his professional business career, Dr. Johnson has been active in an international business environment and has traveled extensively in completion of his interests. His formal education in engineering and science provided the foundation for application of research and consulting interests in education as well as in private industry.

Prof. Johnson specializes in the economics of agricultural issues. Such issues are highly relevant to South Korea, particularly given the Free Trade Agreement between South Korea and the United States. Prof. Johnson uses behavior-based methods and the development of new mathematical techniques for economic investigation. This can allow more accurate modeling of markets, as well as try to answer the question of why consumers behave as they do and buy what the do.

Prof. Kowtha has over eighteen years of teaching experience in the some of the leading business schools of USA and Asia. Besides several years of undergraduate and MBA teaching, Prof. Kowtha has extensive experience in executive coaching and development, and directed in-house programs such as the Toshiba Senior Management Development Program. Prof. Kowtha’s consulting experience spans Multinationals and entrepreneurs in several Asian countries, in particular several Indian entrepreneurs in the Shipping and Offshore industries. He has also consulted or designed programs for organizations such as Sri Lanka Telecom and Motorola (Singapore). Prof. Kowtha is currently researching knowledge acquisition by technical professionals. He has also published and presented papers on Electronic Commerce adoption by SMEs in Asia. Some of his papers have been recognized with awards from international journals.

Before joining Woosong Education Foundation and SolBridge International, Li Shu-Shen worked for National Palace Museum on the award-winning digital museum project: Precious Ju Ware--The Infinity of Aestheticism. The project won the Grand Prix in the international competition of The 2006 Festival International de l'Audiovisuel et du Multimédia sur le Patrimoine organized by AVICOM, International Committee of ICOM (International Council of Museums) for Audiovisual, Image, and Sound New Technologies. As one of the original team members working on SolBridge International School of Business Project since the very beginning, Li Shu-Shen has designed SolBridge Peer Group Program to develop participants' cross-cultural competence and promote mutual understanding and culture exchange between international SolBridge students, as well as to assist international students to adjust themselves into the new environment. She is now planning to start her Ph.D. research on the cultivation of cross-cultural competence in the workplace.

| A Silicon Valley executive with more than 18 years in the US high tech field, and an avid entrepreneur in the San Francisco, California area since 2000, Dr. Malazgirt has a proven ability to mentor young minds and bring about a business vision and develop strategic actions to implement. He has demonstrated leadership in training and motivating teams of engineers and technicians in 3 continents to enable the technology transfer of complex manufacturing processes and techniques to IC manufacturing facilities in Japan, China and Germany. He has vast experience in cross cultural technology transfers, business negotiations, creating joint ventures and execution of growth strategies.
A serial entrepreneur in non-tech fields as well, Dr. Malazgirt brings a common sense approach to small business start-ups and operations. He brings his entrepreneurial expertise and corporate experience to his students in both BBA and MBA classes such as Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Small Business Management and Creating Ventures. He is actively involved in many of the SolBridge campus activities and acts as an adviser to Student Clubs such as the Badminton Club, K-SOL, SolBridge Radio, and the Social Services Club.

Michele attended Brigham Young University and her studies culminated in a master's degree in Accounting. Soon thereafter, she was employed by the Ernst & Whinney international public accounting firm and specialized in tax and retirement planning for affluent executives in the oil and gas business.
A few years later, Michele joined T.A.G. Partners LLC (TAG) in Beverly Hills, California which provides to its clients comprehensive, sophisticated tax and financial advisory services using the European Family Office concept as a business model. Many of its clients include media and entertainment executives as well as Hollywood talent and their families. While at TAG, Michele developed her expertise in using computer technology to design tax projections, decipher financial results from investment portfolios, and to analyze creative tax planning devices. She also participated in structuring deferred compensation arrangements, purchasing private aircraft, and coordinating a multitude of real estate transactions.
After over twenty years with TAG, Michele decided to refocus her business interests and has landed at SolBridge International School of Business. She is now enjoying teaching accounting to SolBridge's diverse student population.

In his 30 years of the private sector experience, Mr. Peterson has held positions including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, General Manager, Executive Vice President Marketing and Strategic Planning, and Vice President Business Development in enterprises ranging in size from Fortune 50 corporations to start-ups. He has also consulted to companies of all sizes in the United States, Europe and Asia on business planning, mergers and acquisitions, product pricing, and operations. Most of the companies with which he has been associated have been in the Information and Communication Technology Industry, reflecting his degrees not only in Finance and Accounting (he is also a Certified Public Accountant), but also in Industrial Engineering and Computer Science. Other industries with which he has experience include tourism, apparel, footwear, machine tool design, management training, and distance learning services. His interest in higher education as a vehicle for economic development and world peace lead him to accept adjunct faculty roles at Cardean University and Augsburg College as well as to be a Faculty Advisor to the International Scholar Laureate Program in China. His most recent experience in higher education has been as Vice President Finance and Administration as a member of the management team that launched the American University of Nigeria, the first American-style University in sub-Saharan Africa.

| Emanuel Pastreich serves as director of The Asia Institute at the SolBridge School of Business in Daejeon, Korea. In that position he leads the efforts of the Institute to foster cooperation between institutions throughout Asia in responding to challenges in business and policy including post-2008 finance, the environment, sustainable development, energy, nuclear proliferation and technology. Pastreich also serves as advisor for investment to the mayor of Daejeon Metropolitan City, Korea's primary technological research cluster. Pastreich is involved in attracting foreign direct investment, promoting tourism, and building strategic relations for Daejeon throughout the world in this position. He served previously as advisor to the governor of Chungnam Province for foreign relations (2007-2008).
Pastreich was co-founder of the Daejeon Green Growth Forum, the first broad effort in Korea at the local level to bring together representatives from business, academia, and government to discuss environmental issues.
Pastreich worked in Washington D.C. (2005-2007) as advisor to the Minister for Public Affairs and the Minister for Political Affairs at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea and as an adjunct professor of George Washington University. Pastreich also served as editor-in-chief of the daily on-line newspaper "Dynamic Korea" of the Korean Overseas Information Service. In addition, he was director of the foreign policy think tank KORUS House run by the Foreign Ministry. Pastreich was best known in that position for the lecture series he initiated on East Asian politics and business known as the "KORUS Forum".
Pastreich taught for eight years at the University of Illinois. He has a B.A. degree in Chinese literature from Yale University (1987), a master's degree from the University of Tokyo in comparative culture (1992) and a Ph.D. in East Asian Languages and Cultures from Harvard University (1997).
